From the first report that I heard on NPR about the blackbirds, I immediately knew that something was confusing their internal GPS system. Also, having prior knowledge of HAARP...I felt that it was indeed one of these High frequency radio waves generated from a HAARP facility that was the culprit for their mass confusion.
I found your site because I too was going to map out the correlation between the HAARP facility locations and the locations of the mass animal death points. THANKS for doing this!
